As a part of an uplifting plan for the public utilities in Riyadh city, the scheme called for providing appropriate cover for all public power transformers, in urban and suburban areas. This covered is requested to shelter the power transformers visually, and to be have a proper usage at the same time.
Our proposal suggests a dual usage for the transformer cover, both as a visual shield and as an interactive screen that can be rented to Ad agencies and public address at the same time. For the urban area where the screen can be accessible, it can also be used as an interactive screen allowing pedestrians to use it to complete certain tasks or get certain information such as touristic location, landmark location, maps, weather information, warnings, or others.
