The client for the HZ apartment required a luxurious feeling interior remodeling of his unit, within a limited budget. The project scope required separating two existing large apartments into a small one, and then remodeling the current unit completely.
The interior design of the apartment used French interior hues, incorporating rounded arches and corners that are both decorative, and help to eliminate any sharp corners to give a sense of a larger space and continuity. The ceiling were deigned in curved lines as well to compliment and reflect the interior wall treatment.
To enhance privacy, a large central partition was introduced to form a backing to the dining room, and conceal the entrance to the kitchen, maid room, and guest bathroom.
