The Etoile De Brazza Residential & Commercial tower is located in the city centre of Brazzaville city in a busy district. The location is surrounded by several prominent hotels, banks, and shops. Our intention was to create a street extension that stretches inside the building itself, offering semi open space for leisure, hospitality, and retail. The project consists of a large high roof podium that covers most of the property area, and a 8 floors podium that is reserved fro medium to up scale residential apartments of different sizes.
The ground floor is offset from the street sides to create terraces that both can be accommodated by restaurants and allow a busy front for the project, encouraging by passers to diverge and dive into the project.
