As the name suggests, the Riverview Apartment Building is an existing apartment block located on an upscale site on the capital city of Brazzaville, enjoying magnificent views to towards the might Congo River. The existing building was a semi completed shell and core barrel shaped building with twisting terraces that wrap the round shaped plan.
The client wanted a preliminary proposal to overhaul the design including the external facades interior floor layouts, entrances, and others. The target was upmarket clients requiring medium t high-end large size apartment units in the area.
