Guinea Conakry is a small size country located in East Africa. Conakry the capital city is witnessing a noticeable growth in residential units, under a fast urbanization that is common for all West African countries. The KH mixed used project is a direct response to the surging demand in residential unit offering medium to high level apartments in different sizes with additional commercial spaces on the street level. The project also includes underground parking areas, technical areas and other support facilities.
Due to the limited construction technology available in the location, our design proposal was focused on offering a highly modern residential building using simple material palette and a simplified design.
